4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices may vary based on service type and complexity
  • Final cost is confirmed before or after inspection
  • Payments can be made via available payment modes (cash, UPI, etc.)
  • Fixxzo may charge a service/platform fee

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Users can cancel before service begins without charge
  • Cancellation after technician dispatch may incur a fee
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

6. Liability Limitation

Fixxzo is not liable for:

  • Damages caused during service
  • Delays or service failure by technicians
  • Loss of property or data

Use of services is at your own risk.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse
  • Restrict access without prior notice

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content (logo, design, branding) belongs to Fixxzo Technologies Private Limited and cannot be reused without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Gujarat courts.
